"Terrible hotel to stay in during hot weather with no air conditioning in our room. No lift so had to walk up 2 flights of stairs with luggage and no offer of help, (I am in my 80's and my wife is in her late 70's). Room was clean but very cramped and bed sheet didn't fit properly. Comfortable room and great location

"The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags ..."
