The value of the room is high, given the price is very economical. We have a good stay. We encountered two problems: We booked a twin bed room. The staff tried 3 times before he got a twin bed room for us. The room has all the basic facilities except a fridge.

Lovely welcome, beautiful gardens, and fantastic evening meal.

Clean room but they certainly know how to make good use of fish eye lense. Very small room. Balcony that gives onto a large boulevard, smells of exhaust, no air cond, opening balcony window means letting mosquitoes in. Otherwise it is well located, easy to walk into the old Rouen, nice staff. Three stars hotel…but not the room I got.
