“The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). “The guesthouse is nice enough but the staff were standoffish to begin with. There was an unexpected extra charge for my dog to stay. They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. The owner assured me he had it, charged me €35 and sent an old battered cushion with no cover at a cost of €9. Overall the stay……

“What a charming bed and breakfast! First the friendly staff makes you feel very welcomed to start. Then the clean comfortable spacious room and the lovely bed makes you feel home. And they immediately refresh you with some tea and cake soon after your arrival. The breakfast was lovely, and the swing on the front, the trail behind the house... All wonderful! I also ordered the picnic for the hike, and it had enough to feed four for just the two of us. I would definitely recommend.”
