This charming, newly renovated apartment will charm you with its east-facing loggia and central location; it’s ideal for a pleasant stay by the sea.
This apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 9 minutes from downtown.
You’ll enter the living room, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa—it’s a sofa bed but is better suited for a child (please bring your own sheets)— a dining table, a television, and access to the loggia where you can have lunch.
The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped as follows:
- 2-burner stovetop
- Refrigerator
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Electric kettle
- Tassimo coffee machine
- Dishes
Next, you’ll find the bedroom with a 160/200 cm double bed.
Finally, the bathroom has a shower and a sink. The toilet is separate.
You can park your car on the sidewalk along the street.
Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, sheets—except for the sofa bed—dish towels, bath mats), and a welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dish soap, and a trash bag.
For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to buy what you need.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.
You will receive a set of keys.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Please note that check-in may be self-service via a key box.
Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and house-trained.
