I know it’s only a 2 Star hotel. Remember to bring your own soap for washing the only provided one small sachet in our room, there are no pugs in the bath so you can only have a shower in the bath and the push down plug in the small sink is broken so it’s difficult to empty without scrambling about underneath the sink to empty it. The one thing that really upset me was this hotel is just 300meters from Sword Beach where British and commonwealth forces landed on DDay and I sure many people stat at Hotel Canada because of this. there are Union flags all over the area so no excuse to know what it stands for. This hotel has a sign on the door proudly telling visitors they speak French 🇫🇷 English🇮🇸 and Hindi 🇮🇳 I felt quite insulted to see an Icelandic flag against English. I mentioned it they did not seem to care about it and left the sign up. There is plenty of parking available outside the hotel on the side of the road.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful Manor, lovely setting - very peaceful. Hosts were very kind and were especially helpful when we had to make some changes due to my son’s health. Would recommend highly!!
