Although a modern facility and relatively clean, lacks a number of things to be a 4 star. With about 60% occupancy the hotel did not offer any upgrades. It is also notable that rooms have no bottled water (only with purchase). With the espresso machine need to bring your own water and pods. Last but not list the room was never vacuumed in 5 days and in the last day we were left with one towel.
The breakfast was good and tasty but if you want a decaffeinated coffee you need to pay 3 euro, only regular caffeinated coffee of all kinds were included. Also the hotel staff lacks customer service skills and are very firm and argumentative.
I don’t recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Ideally, it would've been even better to have a mini-fridge and a microwave oven in the room, to make it perfect.

Amazing hotel, well located in the heart of the city and in front of a convenient parking lot. Hotel is old, but well maintained even in the old rooms everything works, it is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is rich and full of options.
