“The hotel is beautiful , great amenities , food is good too. Some of the staff that help with the tables are very rude. You can order and wait very long and making faces when you ask for something. They also makes us moved tables so they can accommodate a bigger group all this while already waiting for the food we have order. And having enough space in other areas of the dinner area to do so. Is hard when you have a nice place and very angry and unhappy people making the paying guests very……
“The service was excellent, as well as amenities. We lost power during the first night, though we got it right back. Staff was friendly, breakfast service was excellent. The recreational activities were a nice touch, and we really enjoyed bingo night! Bar service was nice, and the pools were always clean. Will definitely go back!”
“Primero excelente piscina y zona de playa, aunque sin servicio de bar aunque quisiera pagar sin problema. El aire acondicionado más que excelente, pero inmediatamente entramos a la habitación lo primero fue ver una cucaracha gigante en el baño; salió del baño para meterse debajo de la cama, muy poco espacio en la habitación para dos camas, preferiblemente sería una sola cama queen, pero dos camas es poco espacio.”
