Dated rooms with substantial cosmetic disrepair. Staff were fine and helpful. Sleep quality good. Given its appearance and condition, this hotel should not carrying the recommendation or approval of a respected travel advisor service.

Very nice hotel, good shower pressure… older hotel and very clean. Only downfall was the mattress was hard. But I’m used to a super soft pillow top. Glad to have a good inexpensive place to stay.

Everything was clean and well stocked. Advertised pool, but it was not operational. This was a deciding factor for booking so it was disappointing. Breakfast selections were not the best, actually went elsewhere to eat.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was right off of the highway so it was convenient to our travels. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

We stayed here a few nights ago on our way up north to a family reunion. Knowing that we were going to be back this way and had reservations, they kept our information and put us in the same room that we had on Thursday, which was a great room. We have not been treated with such care before!

Returning Home

The hotel was great! Very comfortable and in good shape. The man at reception and the housekeeper I met were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was it was too far from I-40, it took an hour to get to the hotel from I-40 and then back to I-40. If you are staying in the area of Ripley TN I highly recommend staying at this hotel. If you passing through via I-40 and have no issue traveling 45 to 50 miles from I-40 then go for it, it is worth the stay.
