“On arrival it was a bit dark. No lightning to cabins. I think maybe solar lightning or something!! Stepped into cabin it was nice and warm as picked the coldest night of the year so dar to turn up. Host left lights on so we could see inside. Bathroom was great, double bed comfortable nice thick duvet as it was cold. Kitchenette was just the right size for the cabin. The downfall i would say is the water pressure in the shower. I get it no power shower as it's mains fed. But overall stay we……

The house is fully equipped including indoor and outdoor games and is a great stay for families. A lovely well kept garden. The location is beautiful, clean and picturesque. Short walk to local shops and village pub. Walking distance to Bembridge beach. Local residents are friendly. We will definitely stay here again on another visit to the Island. ”

“I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. It was warm and comfortable. Loved the decor.My family we impressed and hope to visit again.I would recommend this excellent property. ”

“Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood……
