Leonardo Hotel Brighton
Slider/runner mechanism on one of the drawers is faulty. The power cable at the rear of the TV was disconnected rendering the TV inoperable - until I manually reconnected it. Room was clean and tidy. Windows can be opened - unlike many hotels where they are sealed.

The hotel was easy to find after getting off the coach, well signposted. It was a pain waiting for a lift to get to the foyer to sign in, then back to the lift to go to the room, as it was very busy and there were only two lifts for people with a lot of luggage. Clean, comfy bed..perfect for our needs. Upon checking in we were told no room was booked for us….it had been cancelled! After some very stressful conversation, front desk staff called Expedia & due to confusion over my husband’s first name…yes indeed we did have a reservation to stay the night!
