While the lobby is impressive, and they are under renovations, I can't believe they are able to charge the amount per room that they are. You also have to pay for parking - $30 per night. You'd be better off going to a hotel that offers parking included in the rates. It took forever to get the water warm to have a shower. And warm...not hot! The pool was nicely maintained.

This is my favourite hotel to stay in Edmonton. The staff are so, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are pleasant, and you get good views - in some cases, excellent views. Ask for a room with a view when booking. Everything was neat and clean. The hotel being downtown is so central to all the places I needed to visit. I highly recommend Chateau LaCombe.
