"Much better than than a motorway hotel has any right to be "

"A/C not working. It took hours for a technician to arrive and said he fixed the issue but it was very warm all night. Parking terrible and very difficult to get into the hotel. The restaurant manager ( Loic Lavaud) was the best part of the stay. He tried to help with the air conditioner which is not his job but no maintenance available. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He allowed us to have a wonderful meal in his restaurant even though we were late arriving due to the maintenance issue. He went above and beyond his duties. He also was helping the front desk person,there were two wedding parties at the hotel with one front desk short staffed. The restaurant manager needs a raise and job security. "

"Room was excellent. Breakfast excellent . Slight problem when we returned to the hotel one day about 4pm and the room had not been serviced so had to phone reception and then it was dealt with."

"This is a good hotel. The pool is closed and looks to have been closed for years. The beds clean and comfortable. A smart tv ao we srreemed some shows. Its a 15 min drive to most everything. There is no air conditioner. "

"The room was good. The access to the Aqua Park is a highlight. It's next to a mall so quite convenient if you want to do some shopping. Also not far for the city center, easily accessible by tram."
