“Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel”

“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……

“Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma l’esperienza è stata più che positiva. Self check in velocissimo, camera bella, grande e pulita. Parcheggio gratuito davanti alla mia camera (stanza Dubai) La mia meta era Berna e la stazione è proprio lì davanti. In 15 minuti di treno si è in centro Berna. Consigliato se si vuole risparmiare sull’alloggio e sul parcheggio. Ottima esperienza.”

“Der sehr freundliche Empfang hat mich gefreut. DerPreis für das angenehme Zimmer ist aussergewöhnlich günstig. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Die Lage am See und am Schloss rundet den Aufenthalt im Seepark perfekt ab. Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen. ”
