This beautiful space is located on the far edge of the Baca Grande Subdivision less than a mile from the North Sand Dunes Park entrance. It's a great place to stay and explore Crestone and the San Luis Valley or enjoy a resting getaway.Challenger Views is a great place for vacations with family and friends, or quiet retreats. This brand-new home features two private bedrooms with two full bathrooms,a large spacious living area with comfortable couch, which also pulls out to a bed for additional guests; anda large spacious kitchen stocked with dishware and bakeware for your stay. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, oven and range with large fridge and freezer. The dining area is elegant and has seating for six. The downstairs features one queen bedroom with full bathroom and a spacious laundry room.Next to the dining area upstairs is the second bedroom area which has its own kitchenette, living area, full bathroom and porch with outdoor seating. This is a great setup for families and groups that want two separate living areas for their stay. Each floor has its own private entrance and parking so you can find privacy or gather togetherduring your stay. The outdoor areas are relaxing and peaceful for your mountain getaway. The backyard area has a table with umbrella and BBQ grill for evening enjoyment. The private entrance has a small bistro seating area for guests to enjoy as well. There are many local hiking trails nearby the house, some folks suggest the North Crestone Trailhead, Willow Lake is a great day hike, and the Creekside trails along the greenbelts in the Baca Grande Subdivision are spectacular and lush. The Challenger Views on Ridgecrest is a great place for outdoor enthusiasts and folks looking for a peaceful mountain getaway. Crestone Colorado is in the middle of the San Luis Valley. There is very limited public transportation in the area. We recommend Four Wheel Drive, or at least- All Wheel Drive if you are looking to come and stay during the Winter Season.
