Located 900m from the cliff top path to Cromer & Overstrand plus access to the sandy beach and a gentle 15 minutes to Cromer town centre.
This family owned, self contained Chalet was fully modernised in 2022 to offer a stylish, comfortable and calming accommodation in a peaceful and relaxing setting with elevated views, ideal for small families and couples.
The space
The Chalet Park provides ideal access to surrounding woodland, play park and with being set in approximately 12 acres, very quiet and tranquil environment.
The modern accommodation offers an open comfortable space. The kitchenette and lounge area provides a relaxing area, all fully equipped for you to enjoy your stay. The two bedrooms provide one double bed and two singles. The modern bathroom is equipped with full shower, basin, heater and low level toilet.

Infants under 2 are always welcome but please note, we do not provide cots, high chairs and baby gates. Please feel free to bring your own, there is space.

Free off road parking is provided on the communal car park, 30m from the chalet.
On entering the Chalet park, turn 1st right into the car park area and park at the top end.
Key Safe-box for the access key beside the front window. You will be sent the combination code to gain the access on your arrival. We also leave a spare key inside for your added use.
With check-in being 15:00 hrs, this is to enable us to ensure all is cleaned and ready for your stay. Once this is complete, we always message the guest to let them know that all is ready and hopefully that they can start their stay early.
Departure time is 10:00 hrs
Other things to note
Please note there are no facilities on the Chalet park for electric vehicle charging.
Also extension leads from any of the chalet buildings are not permitted to be used for EV charging. As a directive from the Chalet site owners, if this occurs, you would be charged a fee and asked to vacate the Chalet park. This is based on the Chalet park insurance and that the current electric supply can not cope with the demand. This is a site wide rule.
The Electric Meter is landlord owned by the Kings Chalet Park who set the tariff. The meter is operated by £1 coins and for your stay, we apply the coins to credit the meter to the full mark. However, just in case please bring a few if staying for a week in the unlikely event but please bring a few £1 coins just in case.
We adhere to Airbnb's 'enhanced clean' protocol, so please be assured that we are following a thorough cleaning checklist between each set of guests and all high touch surfaces will be disinfected, all linens washed at high temperatures, and we will also provide cleaning supplies for your own use during your stay.
The Chalet is not far away from our family home so not far for any advice or assistance during your stay if required.
