Owned and managed by us personally.
THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE, RIGHT BY THE MAIN 4-WAY INTERSECTION AND ONLY MINUTES FROM GOLFING, BOATING, SWIMMING AND FITNESS CENTER! We are less than a mile from the community center and many other amenities in Fairfield Glade.

Great end unit with patio onto courtyard and trees; shaded.
2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo/town home ; Living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on ground floor. 2 bedrooms full bath upstairs. King size bed, queen bed, and pull out futon. Wilshire Heights area of Fairfield Glade. Full kitchen with appliances and all items needed in the kitchen are provided for cooking, etc. TV in living room and open dining room; ground floor is open floor plan. Walk out patio from living room with table and chairs outside. Stackable washer/dryer in closet on ground floor under the stairs. Half bath down stairs.

One TV in living room; 50 inch; Comcast 140 channels
One TV in upstairs bedroom with queen/futon
ALL BEDROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS
High speed internet-Wifi; password provided

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Great Stay

We were only here for a short stay focused on family events, but the house was lovely and exactly as described. It's a great location to use as a base for activities in the region and it gave us everything that we needed.

This end unit is in a great location close to everything. We golfed, hiked, spent time at the Dorchester pool and celebrated an anniversary for our friends at Jakes' Barn. Easy booking, check-in and excellent communication with the owners. We love Fairfield Glade!

Peaceful and comfortable condo in beautiful Fairfield Glade

We loved our time in Tennessee visiting family and this quiet, comfortable and spacious condo was perfect for us! Our host communicated with us well and gave us all the details needed for our stay. We definitely plan on visiting Tennessee again in the future and would make this our place to stay.

Fairfield Glade

Loved the property. It is very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and there are lots of activities. The dog park is fantastic and our dogs really enjoyed going there to play. We will definitely be back.

Came in town for a funeral, Needed a place last minute, my mom lives in Fairfield glade so this was a perfect location, It was decorated very cute and definitely could not beat the price, we will definitely stay there again.

Cute condo in Fairfield Glade

Condo is perfect for exploring Fairfield Glade. Good location. Condo was perfect size for my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Had everything we needed. Host was very easy to communicate with. She allowed us to check in early which helped us meet an appointment we had scheduled. Thanks for sharing your home! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Wilshire Townhouse

Overall a nice complex. Unit was clean but needed stairway carpet replaced. Area to walk dogs in front and back was more than adequate. Would have preferred k-cup coffee maker as opposed to the drip coffee maker. A very nice stay. Host was extremely helpful and friendly.!!! Rhl
