“Exceptional property. The photos look good but don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes. Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated. ”

“Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, ”

“Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle. The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and……

“Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

“Very clean apartment, staff were lovely and communicated effectively prior to and during the stay. Quick responses to messages and sorting out issues. Overall the stay was amazing. 💯recommend!!!”

“We couldn’t fault our stay, it was lovely and very homely, we as a group have stayed in other pods and none compared to these. Everything had been thought of, from the complementary tea and coffee to the bread knife and toaster! Next time I will literally only be bring food, clothes and toiletries, oh and hopefully better weather 😉 We will all be back again soon, thank you Wigwam holidays.”

“The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars ”

“Perfect stay for the weekend, lovely view all the amenities you could possibly need, shame about the outside patio area certainly not like in the photos on line. Needs a good tidy up and clean. Other than that perfect stay. ”
