Brand new property, clean, and friendly. Room cleaning services available only once a week. Breakfast options were not impressive- yogurt, prepackaged eggs, granola bars, oatmeal packs. Breakfast self served until 9:30 am. At 8:30 pm no yogurt or eggs available. No one restocked it. Had to get breakfast somewhere else.

Excellent and friendly staff. The room was quite clean no complaints there. The only issue we ran into was the AC not cooling the room well enough. It was up to 100 degrees in Cañon City and the front desk didn’t have a fan to lend out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Great hotel for families. Breakfast was pretty good. Kids enjoyed the pool.

not good establishment

Not much flexibility We booked 8 rooms, and our group arrived about an hour before checkin. As a touring band, we stay in hotels constantly, and in our experience, most properties will accommodate an early arrival if rooms are already cleaned. Unfortunately, we were told that no one could check in before 3pm, even though it was obvious that rooms were already available. It's hard to believe every room suddenly became ready exactly at 3p.m. The policy simply created a long line of guests waiting in the lobby, which could have easily been avoided by checking people into rooms as they became available. After a long drive, we requested to use the lobby bathroom and were sent over to the gas station. The lack of flexibility continued at checkout. Around 9:30am, I asked if we could extend our checkout by just one hour. The request was denied. Ironically, the employee explained that they had already had "70 rooms check out early", with only about 30 rooms left to clean. That reasoning actually made the denial even more confusing. If most guests had already checked out and housekeeping had several hours before the next guests could check in at 3:00 p.m., it seemed like granting a one hour extension wouldn't have created any issue. The hotel itself is ok, but the staff appears to be bound by rigid policies that leave little room for common sense or good customer service-I don't blame them. I would not stay here again even though the rooms are fairly priced. Powdered creamer sux
