Room was nice. Nice Balcony view but balcony area needs attention

Check in was seamless ! Valet was good.

We had to change rooms: Light didn't work, Bathroom was dirty, room phone didn't work. The decor and condition looked very worn and needed a complete refurbishment. There was only a minimal place to eat that did not provide lunch and didn't open until 4:00PM. We arrived early from our flight and asked about our room and we were told it was not ready. I asked to be put on a list for early access and was told they would try, two hours later I went to the desk and asked about our room and was told "Oh sorry, yes it's ready and that been the saga of having to change rooms etc.

Everything was very good, would stay here again.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room needed some work. There were a number of holes in the ceiling. Everything was closed. I understand not having a kitchen staff if there are not a ton of guests but I'm still paying the same price for less of an experience.
