"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The Front desk staff were very friendly and deserve to be recognized for providing easy check-in and check-out for us! We’ll definitely return and make time for the pool and try out more restaurants! Thanks Pinnacle! "

"We arrived to the hotel at 1pm and kindly asked if they could accommodate earlier check in than 4pm as i am pregnant, however they did not. By 4.20pm i was very mad and kept reminding them that we are still waiting for our room and we finally received the keys to our room at 4.30pm even though they tell you the latest guaranteed time is 4pm. Also be aware of the AC noise in the rooms. Loudest noise i have ever heard from AC. We couldn’t turn it off and called reception for help. They told us how to do it but the AC would turn on every 10 minutes. We basically couldn’t sleep the whole night and got cold the next day. When i shared our experience with the receptionist the next day, they didn’t even listen and just said ohh i am sorry for your experience! I wouldn’t stay in this hotel if you want a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location was good. "

"I can’t say enough about the staff and their service. They were kind, accommodating, helpful, and flexible. Kudos to all of them and your training methods."

"Everything was fine, only that you need to throw all your garbage before checking out, load all dishes you had used, there is no restaurant inside the hotel so if your first day you need to buy or eat first before you go there. The room was spacious, there are also complete for kitchen wares to utensils and stuff. No available housekeeping you need to request right before you check in. Front desk is not 24hrs. The place was cozy. "

"Missing oven mitts and cutting board in kitchen, also could have used baking sheet but made do with a baking pan. We don’t think the unit was vacuumed as there was debris on the living room carpet. Other than those things unit was comfortable, mostly quiet except for rambunctious kids above us."

"The location is amazing right at the base of the slopes, so it’s super easy to get around. The amenities are great, especially the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, it’s a super comfortable and convenient place to stay. "
