Breakfast was till 9am, at 8:30, No hot food left, 3 sausages, no eggs. In the 30 minutes no staff came and checked. When we checked in the person was not helpful, asked question, regarding future visits. She said we don't offer that here, but when I talked to manager in morning. This offer was one there had. The lady at checkin wasn't the most friendly.

Okay hotel if traveling for 1 night but anything more I wouldn't recommend. Staff was very friendly, but hotel is older and rooms weren't that clean.

"I booked the room on Hotels.com at 1040pm and then called the front desk to inform them of a late arrival. They told me the lobby closed at 10pm and it was my fault for booking the room and hung up on me. No refund, no working with me on options. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had."

"The Alexander House is best known for great food. The motel rooms are dated but they are clean, shower pressure is good. Towels could use replacement. It is in my hometown and I like supporting it when I am back for a visit."
