Got upgraded to a better unit which has a steam room. Although the location is pretty remote (on an island), it's definitely out of the hustle and bustle, so it gets pretty quiet at night, even during the day. Fret not, can always order food delivery. Otherwise the restaurant has multiple options from Vietnamese to Korean. The main event is the onsen that's included in my stay. I can practically experience contrast therapy at any time it's open. The staffs are really polite, but I must give kudos to Tra My and Hue. They literally remember my Vietnamese coffee order for breakfast - less sweet and fresh milk instead of condensed milk. The accommodation is not a renowned luxury brand, yet the service is comparable; almost perfect. If you are looking for wellness and quality time just by yourself or with your loved ones, this is the one to book.

Amazing experience with the spa, onsen, and water park. We travel in a family of 4 and everyone has a blast while we're there. Will definitely come again someday!

This is a great place to stay. I enjoyed myself there. The staff was very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. I appreciate them and their hospitality. The young man that works at night helped me out when my food was delivered to another hotel because the lazy Grab delivery guy didn't wanna come back to deliver my food to the right hotel. I really appreciate him for going out of his way to help me get my food delivered to me. Thanks again!
