“Huge lovely apartment with a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the cathedral for easy walking around town. Only downside was the amount of noise off the street. Vehicles and people…it hadn’t seemed like a busy street when we arrived but it turned out to be busy late in the evening and then again in the morning. Would be good to have better sound proofing shutters on the windows. Otherwise a fabulous place and would be wonderful for a couple families or small……

“Excellent property in great location. Challenging to park vehicle and drop off luggage. But we feel the property is worth the effort. Only negative when we were checked in was the AC did not work. Our top floor room with patio was very nice, just quite warm for Us.”

“Communication was terrible. We did not get an email with access codes and Limehouse did not send us a phone number to call. I pushed ALL the room bells and a man from Mozambique opened the door for us and called Limehouse for us who then emailed access codes. The same thing happened to EIGHT visitors as we were leaving. Another issue was the shower which required turning the water to a dribble before it overflowed the shower pan. Nice place, poor management.”

“This place needs more attention to the interiors. Stained sofa and lots of scraped walls. Main concern for cleanliness was the beds: The bottom sheet was clean, but the duvet covers had obviously not been changed between guests and were soiled (including small blood spots). Looked like they were thrown on the floor (dirt/dust) and then put back on. We found some of the clean linens in the closet, so we ended up changing them ourselves before sleeping in the beds. “Our stay in Evora was absolutely wonderful. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historic center, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and truly lives up to its name, with plenty of natural light and a stylish, comfortable feel. The two queen-size beds were a huge plus, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The private terrace was the highlight of our trip—it was the perfect spot to……

“This was a beautiful spot to stay. Short distance to many sites to see as well as shops, cafes and restaurants!! Only issue was that it was VERY hot as NO air condition! Had 2 very uncomfortable sleepless nights as weather was in high 90’s and open windows did not help!! If you plan to stay at this place during the summer, be sure to bring a fan!”
