The reception staff were awesome and we loved our stay. The only not-positive feedback is that the person who served breakfast seemed grumpy and put out when asking for coffee etc., but it was quite comical and it made us laugh each morning...

Excellent staff. Some issues with broken items in the room however everything clean and comfortable. Shampoo etc in the bathroom. Parking 16€ per night which was handy. Metro station outside too for easy access to town centre and port (3km to town) Overall a comfortable stay. Would use again

We were very pleased to stay at this hotel. We have driven past on the motorway many times but did not realise it was a Parador hotel. It is easy to access but there is no traffic noise. Put into a twin when a double was booked. This was resolved on visiting reception. The double had a rainfall shower to my wife’s delight but it simply did not work! Not good enough when paying €100 euros. Will try another Hotel next time in Albacete.
