This was a perfectly situated hotel. It was a 5 min walk from the Bayswater Underground. The Main Street had various eateries. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and had a breakfast area for your choosing at £17. The room we had was for 3 people. The room had a full size bed and a sofa bed. By American standards, it was small, but we made it work. The room itself was spacious. The air conditioning was spot on and came in handy since we were there during a heat wave. Highly recommend.

The whole experience from check in to check out and everything in between was exceptional. Staff took time to explain things to you, always greeted you with a smile and delivered fantastic customer service.

I wanted to check this brand new

Train station is a little bit of a walk and where you get off is a little unsafe during the day much more at night. Taking the bus felt more safe and it’s much closer. The flat is clean and in front of a park so it’s nice and close to a convenient store. The front door was hard to open at first but once you learn the trick to it, it’s ok. Two things I wasn’t happy about are the washing machine/dryer combo. It takes SO long to finish and the pull out bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. It’s hard and it’s not even flat. It actually hurt my back. The flat is very close to Portobello Rd. where all the stores, food stands are. It’s literally a block away. We loved that! Overall I give it a 7 out of 10.
