This charming two-story house offers a true Cudillero experience. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with a sofa bed , a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and the batchroom. Upstairs, there’s a cozy double bedroom and a smaill living room. The home is designed with a warm, simple style perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. While it doesn’t have air conditioning, the sea breeze and two electric radiators provide year-round comfort.

Cudillero is a beautiful fishing village on the north coast of Asturias, famous for its colourful houses and fishing port. Surrounded by nature, it offers beaches, hiking trails and nature parks.
It is also a starting point for the Camino de Santiago del Norte. The local gastronomy is delicious, with specialities such as cider and fresh seafood.
Cudillero is a small town that can be explored on foot, enjoying its narrow cobbled streets and fishing port.
To get to the nearby beaches or natural parks, it is advisable to hire a car or use the local bus service. There are also companies offering boat trips along the Asturian coast.
Cudillero is characterized for being a village located in a mountainous valley that flows into the Cantabrian Sea.
Due to its geographical situation, the streets of our town are narrow, staggered and mostly pedestrian.
In our accommodation, it is unusual for us to find noise from outside, but due to its unbeatable location you can sometimes find occasional noise from outside due to the traffic of people.
It is a fishing and seafaring village, so you will find seagulls and humidity.
Access to the house requires climbing stairs in the street.
The distribution of the house consists of two floors accessed by stairs.
Floor 0: Fully equipped kitchen + Living room with double sofa bed + bathroom
Floor 1: Master bedroom + small living area.
The apartment has decibel detector.
There is not air conditioning but there are two electrical radiators in the accomodation.
The accommodation is equipped with:

1 roll of kitchen paper

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
