This updated 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, King Master and elevated waterfront property with 35' Seawall has THE BEST VIEWS from inside, from the screened porch and has a lower covered and plenty of shaded space to hang out and grill- plus a storage room with an extra refrigerator and bait freezer for all the guys fixins! And your vehicle under 82" can also be covered and shaded! You will be surprised how roomy this cottage feels with all of the indoor and outdoor space it has. Updated flooring, furniture, TVs, and fixtures throughout. Open living room with new pop up sectional couch, dining area and well stocked equipped Kitchen with like new Stainless appliances...Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher and full sized LG Washer/Dryer. Master is a KING bedroom with ensuite Master bathroom, 2nd bedroom is a Queen Bedroom, and there is a pop up sofa sleeper in the sectional in the living room area. 2 completely updated full Baths. So much to do here for up to 6 at this family friendly, quiet resort-Venture Out, a gated, secure community. Fishing, lobstering, Olymipic oversized pool, children's pool, hot tub, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. Rec center has ping pong, pool table and dart boards. We provide 4 bikes,2 two person kayaks, and stand up paddle boards. Boat ramp and wash down station. We are located between Key West(20Mi)and Marathon, so this property is not to be missed. Very relaxing area and if you want more excitement, it is very close to everything you need! We want happy guests and we demand the best...so should you! We are only two lots back from the front row on the Atlantic Ocean. Located in the lower Florida Keys at MM#30 we are 20 mi from Key West and also close to Marathon. Located in Venture Out Resort where there is so much to see and do in the most central part of the park for close distance to all amenities. Sleeps up to 6 guests. I'm not great at writing reviews, but we really couldn't been happier with our stay there. Location on the canal was perfect, we snorkeled and dove between Looe Key and American shoals every day. Even when the weather isn't great, the boat ride is really short. Being from the Midwest you don’t get to see that everyday. Great location to get to anywhere you want to go quickly, but just far away enough to have a peaceful stay. Everything was as advertised and I would stay here again. There were a couple of things that would’ve been helpful to have more of (extra trash bags, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper) so that we didn’t need to buy them at the store but it wasn’t a big deal and probably on par with other rentals in the keys. Jake and I absolutely loved everything about the property and location!! Already planning a trip for December again! With Grandparents living 1 island north in Summerland Key and Key West a short drive south it’s ideal for us! Our daughters loved the bikes, and riding to the pool and hot tub! Property is located in a gated community… very clean and safe. House is located right on the water with a dock if needed. Property has everything you need to keep everyone happy, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and bikes to explore the development. Only 30 min from Key West but honestly there’s no reason to leave Venture Out… great stay…. The sunrise is beautiful! The house is clean, spacious, light, and comfortable. Neighbors are friendly. A very relaxing and slow pace makes it great for vacation.
