On arrival the receptionist handed over the room key and that was it. No info on the Hôtel facilities and didn’t tell us that the bar and restaurant was closed for a private function so we had to make our way to the golf bar. Not ideal. Sauna had to be pre booked for you only. Would I stay again nope as it was also expensive at £180 for one night stay due to a mixup on the dates

Hotel was convenient and clean. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very convenient for return trip from Calais to Folkestone.
Car parking was booked in advance and very secure.
Area is ok but not the best . We stayed on a Monday and most eateries were closed.
In summary I would stay there again but as a convenient stop off for Le Shuttle. Staff were great!

Gabriel at the desk was very helpful and professional.The facilities were superb. We loved the spa and pool. The room spacious the separate toilet and bath area was great for our family meant while in the shower the use of the toilet was free.
Shame there was no availability to extend my stay. We will visit again.
