“Staff and property were very good”

“Rooms are very clean but very minimalistic”

“No elevator. We booked two (2) rooms that ended up on the 2nd and 3rd floor, narrow staircase,...Major issue, but understand it's a small local hotel that can't afford it. Then why does it charge the same as anything else? Can't have it both ways. No A/C, fans provided but when you're at the top of the building, it gets the most heat. With windows open, a great deal of road noise right next to it. Restaurant was great, but there are few choices nearby.”

“Great property in the centre of Rosenheim. 10 mins walk to the station with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Very clean and quite spacious. The fridge was perfect and the freezer great for storing ice with the July temperature. The large fan was also a nice touch. Only 2 niggles. 1. Early check in process didn't work. 2. There was no where to hang up any clothes. There were coathangars but no bar in the wardobe to hang them on.”

“Vorteil: gute Lage Nachteil: Aufzug defekt, Disco/Club im Hause, so dass es nachts sehr laut war.”

“Stayed many times as my son was at dfi. Staff is great and the property is well maintained. Only down side is every with warm weather they don't see to open the bar at the pool and keep in mind no ac.”
