“Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes.
The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested.
During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another……

“Basqal Resort is a great getaway from Baku- just two hours. Excellent service. Aytaj went above and beyond to support us and make any spa reservations. The manager checked in on us as well. Nice breakfast buffet with Mountain views. Enjoyed a nice massage. My daughter enjoyed the pool.”

“The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. ”
