We were welcomed with a free drink, and good news that our room was upgraded to a suite for free! All the staff we spoke to were friendly. The room was clean. I asked for a fan from the front desk and someone brought it up within 5 minutes. Great experience.

Well restored, downtown property. Valet parking was only real option at $25 a day. Probably typical for a downtown property but when traveling for business, it should be noted on a reservation confirmation.
