I thought the hotel was very clean and updated. My room was beautiful over looking the city and river.

wasn't there long. No negative issue. Would stay there again.

This hotel has so much potential but is completely mismanaged. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Upon arriving both times there was nobody at the front desk. This time I waited 15 minutes and finally, the lady came out and apologize saying she had been in the bathroom! While standing there, I called the managers phone number because there was his business card on the front desk. A day later, I’ve never heard back from him either. Our room was very nice. The property smells, I think because people come in and out of the lobby and throughout the entire hotel with bathing suits on. Also, don’t even try to eat breakfast here. It’s awful.
