"The apartment has a great location, but that´s where it ends. It was supposed to have wifi included, but we had to pay €35 for the week we stayed there. During a heavy rainfall the electrical wires in the bathroom caught on fire resulting in no power in half the apt. We had the washing machine going which stopped working. The result was wet clothes, full of soap with nowhere to dry them (damp apartment). First the power for half the apartment went (including fridge/freezer), but there was no...

"Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. Non mi capacito come questo locale sia ancora...

"The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The owners went out of their way to make sleeping accommodations work for me. The only problem was that I did not realize I would be responsible for any additional needs such as a second roll of toilet paper. There were no napkins or paper towels in the apartment when I realized this. Otherwise, a nice experience in Lecce."

"We spent a month in Agnese’s lovely house in beautiful Castro. It is very comfortable and well kitted out with everything you could need. Castro is very well located for exploring the surrounding areas and the location of the house beside the castle, with its wonderful views is incredible. "Fabulous break in the heart of the countryside with easy access to beaches. All amenities were superb: swimming pool, dining room, buffet breakfast, reception. All staff were super helpful and always cheerful, but Giulia at the pool area went above and beyond to look after all the visitors to this wonderful hotel. We’ll be back!,,"

"The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person.
