The holiday apartment "Open Space Sul Mare" is just a few steps from Cornino beach, in the Monte Cofano nature reserve, and is a great option for a getaway with sea views. The 55 m² property is an open space with 2 bedrooms (the bathroom is accessed from one of the bedrooms), a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people, ideal for a family. Please note that the bathroom is accessible from the twin room with bunk beds. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, and a selection of books and toys for children. A baby cot is also available. The property has an outdoor laundry area. The apartment offers a private outdoor area with a furnished garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. There is also a shared outdoor area with a hot tub (usable on request and for an extra fee), a larger garden with hammocks, a spacious outdoor terrace, and an outdoor shower. There are 9 steps from the property to the garden. The house is in the Monte Cofano nature reserve; the nearest supermarket is 4 km away. It is highly recommended to rent a car. There is a parking space on the property and free street parking. Pets are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. On request, indoor/outdoor massages by a professional holistic operator are available (for an extra fee). Two canoes (for 2 people each) are available on the shore. A daily electricity fee may be requested on site depending on the booking channel. The property follows recycling rules. The host lives on site but in a separate property with an independent entrance.

Peaceful and Serene!

The location of this property could not be better! Very close to the beach, overlooking the water, and plenty of nearby restaurants! The hosts are exceptional; friendly and kind. The apartment has everything you will need for a relaxing time!
