“Really nice place for a few days stay in York. Not too far from the centre which was ideal, and had plenty of space, with all the essentials we needed. Host was very helpful and friendly which is always a great plus. Would recommend to anyone planning a York trip.”

“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”

“We had a really good stay. The cottage is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need. Our son really enjoyed the garden, in particular the Wendy House which was also kitted out with toys, which was a lovely bonus.
The village is peaceful but perfect for a nice walk.
We would thoroughly recommend the property and would stay again. ”
