Hotel was clean with everything in working order. Security on all of the doors is a bit tight, requiring card access every time, which is inconvenient but keeps the building secure. My room was clean where everything (mini fridge, shower, TV, beds, toilet) were in working order. No major issues. Coffee machines and breakfast buffet never ran out and were available as advertised. Only downsides were the lack of any parking lot (nearby parking garages are a bit expensive) and the breakfast they served here was below average. Certainly edible but not exciting and made we look elsewhere for something appetizing.

Rooms are a bit run down, paper thin walls, lots of street noise. If you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend. However, the property was clean, folks were nice, check in was easy. For the price it’s defiantly decent and mostly walkable to some good eats and sights downtown.
