Our bathroom ceiling leaked, placed towels on floor to soak up water. This was a Handicapped room. Heating element sitting on floor torn in half. So, no heat in room, control for room heat located Up on wall behind a Table and lamp. Hotel sold out could not move us. Did not offer compensation they said they could not offer compensation.Becasue we went thru 3rd party I.e. Expedia to book room. The Only room available did not have a TV. We had checked in around 10pm..No other place to go and not lose the money already charged. Plus we were charged an extra 25 dollars a night for what I don’t know. Best Western Plus my butt, more like Best Western Negative.

i understand this is a budget hotel but it is possibly dirtiest hotel i have stayed at and houskeeping standards need vast improvement. trash in common areas and surfaces not wiped down. stained carpet in hallways. moldy grout and dirty floor in bathroom. unexamined grossness on front of room desk. on positive side - room is nicely appointed, bed comfy and staff pleasant.
