Convenient & comfy
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean and just as described. Would have been nice to have had coffee for the coffee maker but a short trip to a nearby store took care of that. We will definitely book to stay here next March as we are performers in the yearly Got Elvis show at the Dallas Theater.

Great House in Quiet Area Close to Downtown
Very cute house. Nicely decorated. Nicely Appointed. Quiet Area. Nothing to do with the house but the downtown area doesn't have much to do there. I think one small coffee shop and a pizza place. And a handful of stores that weren't open on Monday or Tuesday, so just be aware of that if trying to plan anything there. I have heard they are soon revitalizing the area so hoping that includes more small businesses and things to do/eat.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The property was exceptionally clean and was very quiet and peaceful. We came to visit family and kept busy with all of the nearby historical sites. Definitely would stay here again.

Quiet, Quaint and Convenient
This little home is very close to downtown Dallas, but sits in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. It was very clean and newly renovated. Communication with the owner was great and everything in the home functioned as advertised. We would definitely return!
