Property clean just need more staff the restaurant needs more staff there was only one person for every he even was cooking serving and attending every one by him self also the lady’s in the front desk need a little Custumer service and a better Attitude

I had a reservation, which I had already paid for. I spoke to someone at the hotel requesting a ride. They told me where to stand to wait for the van and I did. After that, I was never able to get a person on the phone. A couple of times I got a recording and though I left a message, no one ever came in over an hour. Of course I ended up making a reservation at Holiday Inn. They came promptly and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay a few hours. Thanks to Holiday Inn. I was able to get back to the airport about 3 AM and make my flight.

Great hotel with pristine rooms. I loved the convenience store within the hotel that was open 24 hrs. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. I used the gym during my stay and it was fabulous. Great hotel!

Overall, property was what I needed for a short trip. The beds (full size) for a room for 4 people were def on the small size but comfortable. The sheets on one of the beds did have some stains near the footbed (however too tired) to call front desk and have them come change them for us. I don't necessarily think they were dirty sheets because they did not smell.

Our stay was decent overall, but we did encounter several issues such as poor television and wifi connectivity. The staff were responsive and moved us to another room, but we also experienced maintenance issues with the toilet. Additionally, the parking fee of $20 per day seemed a bit excessive. I'm not entirely sure if I would choose to stay here again in the future.

Room was dirty, even I asked for room service but still dirty. Bathtub was broken, didn't fix it in two days. Also there car service is horrible, we were waiting for over 1 hr to be picked up from the airport but no car were available when we were told that they are going to pick up in 8 minutes.
