Really enjoyed the staff and hotel overall. They all made the stay very pleasant. Also I read previous reports that there was not much food restocking. This appears to have been resolved as our meal was great.

Great hotel. Front desk personnel were so welcoming everyone we went in/out of the front door. Rooms are comfortable and large with separate living room and bedroom.

I arrived at 6am and was exhausted from red eye flight and being up over 24 hours. My room wasnt ready yet but the front desk suggested breakfast. After i ate i sat on the couch in the hotel lobby and dozed off and on. The hotel maintenance person ( tall guy) said good morning as he walked by. A few minutes later he and the girl that took over the front desk after the shift change (forgot her name but she was African american) called me up to the front desk. The maintenance guy said he could tell i was exhausted and needed a room asap. The gal told me she had spoken with her supervisor and they were able to get me into a comparable room with no problem.They both were so very nice and professional. I was then able to get into my room and get some much needed rest before my sisters wedding the next day.The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The next morning on Saturday i ran into the maintenance guy in the lobby and he told me i looked well rested. I appreciated their kindness and efforts to help accommodate me asap. I will stay here again when i come to visit my sister in the future.Breakfast was great each day and the gal taking care of the serving area was polite and willing to help where she could. Great job Hampton Inn for making my 3 day stay in Dallas a good one.
