The hotel is new it has a nice and clean rooms, little noisy at night and in the mornings, not very happy with the stuff they not vey friendly, stayed there for three nights and they didn’t clean the room the second day I asked for clean towels and I had to go get them at the front desk, good location with few good restaurants around.

Very clean and the 1-staff member there was good. Just across from a noisy highway. 6 young kids running up and down the corridor from 1:00AM to 2:30AM. Their parents walking back and forth in the corridor making loud phone calls at 1:30 AM. I had to go downstairs to reception to complain and get some action. The overnight receptionist, who was very good, said she was going to call the police to get the very rowdy, very large, and noisy family under control. Finally at 3:00 AM things were quiet again. Overnight the pool flooded the downstairs.

I loved everything. Didn't get to see the pool area because we stayed one night and we got there late but we enjoyed our stay. Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, easy check in. My husband and I loved it. I loved the t.v. on the wall. Looking forward to staying again soon. Great price. Was not disappointed.

The facility was ok, but the mess up on the staffs side was terrible… when we checked in, we already had a key envelope ready with my name on it. I just showed my ID. He never asked for a credit card. Same night at almost midnight, hotel phone rings and it’s the front desk asking for my last name! Next day, my daughter goes to get a snack to charge to the room. They said they don’t see our name on that room # but for her to go ahead and take the snack. Check out… my daughter realizes she may have left her necklace that was a gift in the room. When I called front desk to check for it, she said she couldn’t check nor release it to me if they found it due to my name not being on the room. I have a CC charge showing they did charge me for my room, but she still refused to even check for my daughters necklace even though them not having the correct name on the room was their fault. After much back and forth, she did finally retrieve the necklace and allow us to pick it up, but it was such a mess up on their part that I felt I was being blamed for.
