The hotel was very quiet which was nice and the location was good - it was very convenient and suited my needs well. The only thing keeping it from getting five stars is the lack of a restaurant, and the only breakfast options were vastly overpriced.

The Lobby was clean. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay. The decor was outdated, the coffee machine in the room did not work and the towels were very rough. The breakfast I had to pay for was your basic eggs/bacon/sausage etc., however it was very cold.

Initially I was given a room that has water damage and mold. I was very turned off by the conditions. Fortunately, the staff was willing to make it right by putting me in a better room.

This is a lovely hotel, clean and tidy with amazing staff from reception, catering and cleaning. Can’t fault it as a hotel. A few restaurants nearby but not much else. If you’re coming to Dallas, Garland is a good 45 mins away by car so make sure you have one as Public transport is zero. If you haven’t got a car be prepared to pay between $50 and $100 each way to get into central Dallas or Fort Worth…

Water pressure in the shower was horrible. After traveling all I wanted was a nice hot shower to relax and what I got was some spit. The beds were hard. Little brown bugs came out of sink faucet when initially turned on. Other than that room was clean
