The spot to find that info was under "policies"... thats not a policy. That should have been at the beginning where its easily found and not made to feel like they were hiding the fact that its under current construction. Had i known it was, I would have never booked a room there. I would have found somewhere else. The info they left on the site also stated that they would only be doing construction on the weekdays during the hours of 8am-7pm but upon arriving they had a sign which stated they would also be working on sat as well.... also at 8am but ending at 1\. We had driven late into the night and arrived about 2am so i was exhausted. They were not helpful when trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. They said since it was in fact listed that it would be under construction that we couldnt get a refund. I sat on the phone for over an hour trying to talk with the 3rd party company that i booked through and was only told that i still wouldnt be able to get a refund. The whole situation is ridiculous and i will NEVER stay at this hotel again, even when its finished being remodeled.
