This property has a bad smell such as mildew through out the establishment… my room smelled of animal urine with a mix of mildew. When bringing to the attendant at the front desk attention Chris didn’t apologize and didnt offer me another room i had to demand a room. I thought he was pretty unfriendly. I will choose another hotel in the future.

First, I’ll start with the front desk staff. The guy that works nights can be rude but he was trying to manage 100 calls coming in while checking people in so it’s understandable. But what really upset me was the man who was driving the airport shuttle. He picked my kids and I up at the airport at almost 1am so I was already on high alert since I am a single woman with two kids. As soon as we got into the van, something felt off. He was moving really slow. He started swerving all over the road nearly hitting a couple vehicles on the way to the hotel. He would stop in the middle of the road out of nowhere. I asked several times if he was ok or what was going on. He kept saying yes. It was very scary to say the least. I did advise the front desk staff of this incident as soon as we got there. Thank god the property is close to the airport. I ended up just taking an Uber the following morning as I did not feel safe taking the shuttle again.

Overall great stay. We would stay at this hotel again. Good rooms, good continental breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a non-standard screw in one of the switch plates that looked odd, a couple of the room lights didn’t work and the bath faucet had about a half inch gap slightly exposing the plumbing, but those were just minor things we noticed. :)

The sheets were dirty. It is used by escorts and the shuttle took 2.5 hours to do a pick up from the airport that is 7 minutes away.

The room was fine. The breakfast was good. The front desk always seemed short staffed, had to wait for questions. The lady that cleaned the lobby area was awesome. I didn't get her name but was wonderful and very helpful. The front desk agent on am shirt was good. The mall was close and the directions for walking was great. I will stay again on a short trip.

It was a good spot to rest for the night near the airport. Rooms are decent and the breakfast was basic and good. My only complaint was the AC was too loud all night.
