First off the hot water was out, and the crew was up on the third floor banging around trying to fix it until 10PM. Then, around 430 am I was awoken by the loud blaring of the fire alarms, apparently it was the third time it happened that week... it took 30 minutes for them to be turned off... then at 930 am they went off but by then I was checking out so I could of cared less. No reimbursement or anything was offered which I find odd, because the whole stay was very inconvenient and not worth the $100. Will stick to Holiday Inn Express from now on.
