“Rooms were fabulous clean, warm and beautiful. Staff couldn't do enough, free cake for friends birthday, so accommodating, friendly , never rude. The food was amazing , including the hot chocolate. “The location is great, surrounded by Bucegi mountains, great view of the peaks covered in snow and green forests from the panoramic view room's bed and terrace. The newly expanded indoor pool and outdoor terrace are a smart addition, with a good spa. The tennis courts and kids playing areas are well maintained. “This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4……
