Amazing view and great reception staff. Although no one is onsite past 10 pm. Location is very good with loads of shops and restaurants around. You can get there by bus from airport (station 21).
Breakfast lady wasn’t friendly and made us uncomfortable. Rooms need maintenance (loose fittings etc) and mattress needs to be replaced in the room we were staying in.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and the proximity to the sea.

The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time.

Lovely room, well appointed, the most comfortable bed and pillows we have ever slept in! Friendly, helpful staff especially in the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner. Recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and good quality food, the only complaints I'd have are my shower cubicle handle fell whilst showering, and the room safe and luggage storage are at an extra cost which I found a bit cheeky.
