“New, clean nicely designed rooms for great price!”

“Very nice hotel. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the glasses in the room were not clean but everything else was good. The breakfast was ok. The staff were all very nice. The parking lot is not great. It is hard to pull in off King street and hard to find a parking spot if you return late in the evening. ”

“I loved my stay at The 1850. It was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were some really sweet, personal touches. It's right downtown Boone so it's easy to walk to everything. Daniel and the Dog is a great little bar with delicious food too. The staff was responsive and parking was easy. I look forward to staying there again! ”

“Room was very small, but had fair sized bathroom. No dressers, no spare pillows. Breakfast was fine but area is very small. It was passable and if you just need somewhere for one night, the price is fair. I wouldn’t stay here much longer than that, though.”

“Breakfast was self serve however it was a full breakfast meal. From grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffles, bananas, apples, cereals, coffee, hot teas, etc. very good! ”

“Room was clean, however there were several items around the room that were in poor condition. The vents on the AC unit were broken, toilet paper holder in bathroom not able to hold the roll and one of the bed frames looked like it was close to totally breaking. The pool was out of order, as was the games in the game room. Staff at check in and out were friendly and helpful. ”
