“The room was great. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. I wish I had more time to use the fitness center because it was waaaaay better than one might find in other hotels. Of course, the hotel is in the heart of Boone.”

“The staff made this worth staying at. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was just me and my kids. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. When out of towels in the pool, he personally brought in the number of towels we needed for our large group. The women at the front were great with my needy kids and so kind when something was sadly not working. The only downfall was the elevator broke the second day and the pool had to close early one night because of a minor cut from a……

“We loved our stay here. We were on the first floor (technically the basement I believe) and it still felt luxurious. They had a great guide of things to do by category, the bed was comfortable, and the room was beautiful. We will definitely be back.”

“Breakfast was self serve however it was a full breakfast meal. From grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffles, bananas, apples, cereals, coffee, hot teas, etc. very good! ”

“Coffee was EXCELLENT. Breakfast was fresh and filling. Although the property could use some upgrades (carpet, paint) the room was clean and well equipped. Staff were very personable.”

“The first room we were given had a broken TV. The second room had a broken sink drain, shower drain andbthe TV had pixel lines running vertically every 1 inch. Internet speed was slow and TV only had about 4 channels. Thankfully i brought a HDMI so I could share my phone screen. One male staff member was very cordial but the rest were lazy, worthless and did not understand English well. I refilled the coffee and hot water urns both mornings at the sub par breakfast. “We enjoyed our one night stay in a cute cabin at Swiss Mountain Village. The cabin was clean. It was a nice change from staying in hotels. Was very quiet.”
