The pool was cold so didn't use. The elevator was out for the time I was there. Was woke up with fire alarm early morning because toast was burning and took about 20 minutes or so to get shut off. Bathtub was rusted and wouldn't have been able to use tub, mechanism didn't work. Bed was comfortable. Place was easy to get to and in good location.

This turned out to be a old run down property..The rooms smelled musty and were very dirty.The carpet and drapes were stained.The lobby looked so old and smelled musty too.Since we only stayed two nights we stayed but will never again and will def tell other to not go there.I am very disappointed I have booked thru expedia several times and have never had a hotel this bad. If possible You should refere from sending guests here there were also ants in the room.very disappointed

Coffee was EXCELLENT. Breakfast was fresh and filling. Although the property could use some upgrades (carpet, paint) the room was clean and well equipped. Staff were very personable.

i was disappointed in the breakfast. website said it was hot breakfast. only thing hot was scrambled eggs (no meat) & waffles that you cook yourself. also, the shower was fixed so that you could not cut the shower off to take a bath. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The staff were friendly and checkin was easy. However, we were told the pool was open and it was closed. We also booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub, the room had stains on the chairs and carpet. Once I inspected the bed it had hair all Over the sheets and brown stains on the mattress cover. The bathroom curtain smelled like mildew. The jacuzzi tub had a few broken areas and caulk was separating in spots. Also the faucet leaked for both the tub and the sink. The cold water didn’t work on the jacuzzi tub. Sleep was poor also as the windows were thin and we could hear the road majorly. For the price I feel the hotel could have been better. It’s in a good location… We did not complain because our trip was short and I didn’t want to spend the whole time being shuffled…

The bed was a little hard. We found ants in the room on the table. We got a room with a jetted tub. The jets didn't work. It is close to the main road. We heard traffic all night. I would stay there again if I had to, but not my first choice. We didn't eat the breakfast, so i can't comment on that.

The staff was very nice and they had everything ready to go when we arrived. The room was nice and clean. We went for a quick weekend ski trip and it was all we needed! We will be staying here in the future.

Hotel room was very humid and moist. There was mold on the ceiling. Lady at the front desk was not helpful in person at all didn’t communicate well. And also before I got to the hotel a couple days before I called and spoke with the same lady and she was very difficult and not helpful on the phone as well. I asked her also if I could have a room on the opposite side of the hotel away from the road. She did she made a note of it for me on the phone and then in person I asked her again for a room away from the road she said they had rooms available on that side of the hotel. But for whatever reason I still ended up with a room next to the road. Last at from desk is hard to hear and doesn’t speak English well and doesn’t communicate well. Also there phone sucks whenever I called I could barley hear what they were telling me. Hot tub/jet tub did not work. The jets never worked like they were supposed too. Also I’m not sure how clean the tub was overall. I had a king size bed and the pillows were way too small. They were small squares and very uncomfortable to sleep on. With a king size bed you would think you would have at least the right size pillow to fit the bed. The fan in the bathroom and the fan above the jet did not work well at all they did not pull the steamy air out at all. For the money you would expect better quality overall. Knowing this I would not stay in a country inn hotel again.
