The hotel staff simply doesn't provide any services. I was not given information about restaurants or anything nearby. It was clear that they just wanted to be paid. They had no customer service. Guests were an afterthought. I always felt as if I was imposing on the staff whenever I had a question. They seemed to be on the phone a lot with personal calls. They didn't have any hospitality. They were there to take your money. They gave different rates for the shuttle. Overall no concern for guests.
Pros: I survived it.
Cons: They could greet their customers and treat them with more courtesy instead of ignore them. They seem very preoccupied with their own concerns.
