“Lovely building in quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable. The garden games were fun. Although there isn't a bar, as such, a good selection of drinks are kept in 'Mother Superior's' office and available via calling reception. There is no restaurant on site but there are restaurants nearby. Overall a pleasant stay. 5 stars would be achieved by offering breakfast even a continental type.”

“This is exactly what it says on the tin…. An amazing place to have a remote getaway. Judy and Brian are amazing hosts, they’re there exactly when you need them and also leave you alone to relax. The grounds are amazingly kept. The getaway huts have everything you need (air con, all kitchen appliances, usb charging points, TV, perfect wifi ) and these are quality items too. It’s a lovely quiet place, no road noise, just you and the calming environment. I would love to tell you not to go……

“Beautiful studio granny flat. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. However, when booked (10months), there was a sofa bed, and when we arrived it had been broken by a previous holiday maker and not replaced. However, owners supplied a double self-inflating mattress which worked too.”
